Product Creation

  • We have an established portfolio of long-term partnered suppliers and factories based in the UK, Europe, India and Far East.
  • Our partners work to agreed specifications and maintain our commitment to the highest standard of quality controls and reliability.
  • For certain products there are strict MOQ requirements but our long-standing relationships with our partner factories give us quite a bit of flexibility and we will always endeavor, where possible, to extend that flexibility to your specific requirements.

Logistics

  • We are highly experienced in local and international logistics, having developed strong relationships with international freight forwarders and couriers. Our processes ensure all necessary paperwork and logistic requirements are met for smooth clearing at customs worldwide.
  • We always advise the production timeframes for each product we quote on. In an ideal world we will always be given that timeframe to produce and deliver your order. However, we fully understand this is not always possible. Over the years, we have perfected the art of managing last minute requirements. We will always do our utmost to be as accommodating as possible and, of course, only accept an order we know we can deliver on.
