UNDERSTANDING AND PRODUCT SHOWCASING

Whether we are already working together or learning about your brand values and guidelines for the first time we will gather as much information and understanding as possible about your specific project requirements. We are happy to do this remotely or face to face. One of the things we love to do at Moores of London is pack up some sample bags and head over for a meeting (or host at our offices also). Playing with the latest innovative giveaway or touching and smelling our luxury leather gifts is a great way to spend a meeting whilst generating ideas together.

TAILORED PROPOSALS

Based on the information received, we will utilise our long-standing relationships, built with our partner factories over many years who share our commitment to high quality and reliability, to prepare a tailored proposal for our client. This could be made up of products we already supply with specific branding and/or fully bespoke and design-led ideas.

VISUAL PROOFS AND SAMPLING

When the client has chosen the ideal gift(s) that they feel will enhance their brand loyalty,  we will provide a visual proof showcasing all aspects of design and branding as discussed. We will also prepare pre-production samples if necessary. Depending upon the product being considered there may or may not be a charge for this.

PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

Upon approval of the visual proof/sample we will go to production and execute the order accordingly. Once finished, on time, we will check the production to ensure all has been made in line with our instruction to ensure our client’s expectations are met and hopefully exceeded.

DELIVERY

Delivery worldwide is no problem due to our various courier and freight forwarder relationships. We will always ensure to understand about all paperwork or certification  requirements for the specific destination so that any customs clearance is as seamless as possible. All this will be communicated to our client ahead of going to production.

ONGOING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Our account management goes beyond a successful delivery. We always look to be debriefed on our client’s project to ensure all went as expected and if necessary where things can be improved for next time.
